Filing / Pre-Filing Site
Magna Filing / Pre-Filing site requires installation of several software components and making some configuration changes in internet options before accessing and working with it.
Future updates to some of the components will usually be automatic.
Please execute the following instructions in order.

Prerequisites
- 1Operating System
- Windows 10 / 11 Only
- Mac OS is not supported
- Virtual platforms are not supported
- 2Web Browser
- Only Microsoft Edge (at least version 102.0.1245.44) with IE Mode support
- Follow the instructions on Microsoft's website
- 3Permissions
- Administrator permission on the station
- Permission for the local user to execute applications in Scheduled Tasks
- 4Network and Security
- Please note: this prerequisite is relevant only for the filing site
- Direct access to port 443 (HTTPS) without Proxy & Content filtering in the middle
- In case a Proxy do exist, an exclusion is required for the following addresses, so they have direct access in HTTPS port:
- filing.magna.isa.gov.il
- 5Installation of Token (Smart card) and certificates on the station
- Please note: this prerequisite is relevant only for the filing site
Certificates & Token

Internet Settings
- 1Open "Internet Options" settings window:
- Click on Windows' Start button ⇨ click on "Settings" to open the Settings window
- Type "internet options" (without the quotation marks) in the text field and select the item found in the results list

Alternatively:
Click the Search icon (magnifying glass) next to the Start button, Type "internet options" (without the quotation marks) in the text field and select the item found in the results list.



- 2Select the “General” tab:
- Browsing History ⇨ Delete ⇨ Temporary Internet Files ⇨ Delete
- Settings ⇨Select the option "Every time I visit the webpage" ⇨ Press OK


- 3Select the "Security" tab:
- Click on the green "Trusted sites" icon
- Click on the "Sites" button to open a dialog window
- Type the following address in the upper text field (Add):
- https://127.0.0.1 and then click on the "Add" button so that the typed address will be added to the "Websites" list.
- Repeat the above instruction for the following addresses:
- https://filing.magna.isa.gov.il
- https://install.magna.isa.gov.il
- https://tofes.magna.isa.gov.il
- Click on "Close"

- 4Select the "Advanced" tab:
- Scroll to the “Security” category
- Check the “Allow active content to run in files on My Computer” option
- Press OK

Client Installation
- 1Click here to download the Magna client component
- 2Press Run and wait for the installation process to begin;
- OR press Save to save the installer on your Desktop and then execute it
- 3In the wizard press Next in every step and Finish to complete the installation
- Please note: should any messages that require your confirmation appear during the installation, please press the Confirm button
Post-Installation
Filing site
- 1Connect the token to the station
- 2Enter the Filing Website
- 3Please select the relevant certificate in the certificate selection dialog
- Please note: if you have only one certificate on the token, you may get the next pin code screen instead of the certificate selection dialog.
- 4Enter the pin code for the token
- 5If all went well - you'll enter the filing site
- Please note: If after login, the Add-on confirmation message appears, press the Allow button
Pre-Filing site
- 1Enter the Pre-Filing Website
- 2Select one of the entity types
- 3Select one of the forms and press on Load in the actions toolbar to open the data load dialog
- 4If all went well - the dialog will open and you should not see the message about client installation:
